SITE GB Test Event

We were asked by our client to support the recent SITE GB summit. This was a face to face test event with 75 delegates and no masks or social distancing. Anyone not double vaccinated had to have a PCR test prior to the event and everyone entering the venue had an LFT. There was no online audience, just two remote presenters.

We also provided more innovative and COST EFFECTIVE equipment whilst still allowing comfort monitor feeds to the presenters with countdown timer and Powerpoint presenter view with notes. An NDI network handled the presentations and fed into vMix which handled the show.

This setup vastly reduced the cost of the required equipment, made for a much faster installation and derig time, and was far more flexible than traditional setups.
