Working again for our client the MUFC commercial team, we undertook the launch of the new partnership with company Gulf Oil.

The event took place at the Aon Training Complex and we were tasked with transforming the venue from a dining area to a corporate space. The entire area was carpetted and lined with flattage then our tensioned frame graphic display system was used to display an 8m x 2.7m custom graphic backdrop for the stage area. A Panasonic 65″ LFE8 HD LCD screen displayed the content with an Analogway switcher controlling sources from our Macbook Pro & Laptops.  A  d&b sound system was used with Shure UR4S radio mic systems and Shure Microflex lectern mics.

We also live web streamed the event around the world using our in-house streaming capability.

Gulf Oil International, a part of the Hinduja Group, has entered into its largest ever single long-term partnership with Manchester United. Gulf Oil will become the Premier League outfit’s global sponsor and official lubricant cum fuel retail partner until the end of the 2018-19 season.

There were appearences from first team players including the currently injured Wayne Rooney.
