Virtual Events

We were approached by our client with a brief to host a virtual event where the presenters and the entire audience were based in separate remote locations.

Using our purpose designed in-house platform we were able to provide a completely customised web application. This can easily integrate with third party services like Slido making your meetings more interactive.

The remote presenters were able to join the event using Microsoft Teams, however other applications such as zoom can also be employed.

We use feature rich vMix software to allow for professional mixing and handling of all inputs, recording and live streaming up to 4K.

We also build this same system out on location for virtual or hybrid events of any kind.
